  3. I’ve never understood y in most of these after market applications there is the need 4 cutting, krimping, & or splicing in 2 the OEM wiring harnis. If their going 2 spend the time & money in the R&D process 2 produce these parts y don’t they go a little further & manufacture them with the appropriate OEM male-female quick disconnect plugs 2 simplify installation. The same goes 4 most after market door speaker applications

  5. If you do happen to touch the bulb, the best thing to do is use an alcohol wipe to clean the oil off. It removes any oil or grease and doesn’t affect the life of the bulb.

  6. AM did have the HID kit in last year’s catalog. Looks like they dicontinued it. I wanted one too.

  7. As this car has reflector and not projector housing you will blind other drivers on the road. This is because the normal lights in a car and the Hid lights produce light in different parts of the bulb. Please only use hid lights in projector type housing with hard cut offs.

  9. Nice video. But, putting an HID kit into a halogen housing gives a big F…you to oncoming drivers. In order to do this job right you must retrofit proper HID projectors into the stock housings. Just an fyi.

  13. yea except the projectors.. soo your hids are on your reflector housing that means… youre going to blind everyone. way to go to teach people to blind people on the road and become a driving hazard yourself

  14. Yes, projectors are a MUST!!! Not only are HID’s illegal without projectors, but the projectors produce a much wider, even beam pattern. Also, anything over 4300k is actually producing less light.
