as always you made a very very nice video keep it things like that man 5* greetin´s from Aguascalientes, Mexico and thank soo much for the sticker
Thanks for watching, JJ! Comments are always appreciated!
this install looks easier than I thought. i’ll have to show it to my buddy who’s got a s197. or is it harder than it looks?
I have to admit this was my 3rd interior install of Katzkin leathers, but it really wasn’t very difficult. Just a lot of labor. The important thing is to take your time so you don’t mess something up!
Hello! I’am 15 years old and come from Sweden, i just love your shows!
Love your videos.
Once again another great episode, really enjoy the new ~20min format.
There seems to be an overwhelming demand for the longer format. I’ve yet to hear from a single person who said they’re too long. This is good!
Yees Sweden :) Actually there is alot Mustangs here!
Awesome! Do you have any motorsports channels over there we could try to get the show on?
good episode Chris. like to see the fast forward playing again.
Is this not up on iTunes yet? Keep it up man. =]
Hey! Yes, it has been there since last night in both standard and high-def.
will the side airbag just blast through that aftermarket seat cover in case of an accident? great videos btw..
Thanks for the feedback! Yes, just like the stock leather or cloth material, it blows right through.
@motorztv ok, thanks Chris.. keep them great videos coming!
I’ve done this already by salvaging a damaged seat’s leather from another ford onto cloth seats. Its not all that hard but this tutorial probably would have helped me especially on those headrest things the first one took me forever to get it right. Overall great episode guys. keep up the good work.
Wow, thanks for the comments! I agree, the first one is always the hardest. This Mustang was cake compared to the F-150! That was a knuckle-buster!!
I have a 2000 Honda Accord LX, I want to redo the seats with leather like you did with the mustang. Is it as easy as the mustang and where can I get the leather covers you used for my Honda? Thanks for any help you can give and I the videos are great keep it up :)
@MagyarGuru You can visit Motorz website — there’s a link for Katzkin there. You can choose your materials, colors, etc. and order direct I believe. As for installing on a Honda, I have no experience but it’s going to be very similar. Just be careful of the airbag sensors, if you have them — and take your time! Thanks for watching the show!
i feel 100% better about installing my leather now after watching this, thanks guys
would its all be clipped on like this on an 87 supra?
@MagyarGuru Katzkin can make them any car
is it possible to do this in a 2002 chevy impala
@tony13498012 It’s possible to do this to ANY vehicle!
how would i get a dashboard and center console re-done?
@sikhsavage When you order your leathers from Katzkin you can order extra pieces of leather so that you can cover other interior pieces–but you would have to do them yourself. It’s not that hard, I did this to my old truck’s center console.
ESO ESTA RE FACIL, ASI HASTA YO.
¿ POR QUE SE LAS CAMBIASTE A UN CARRO CASI RECIEN SALIDO DE AGENCIA?,¿ POR QUE NO LE HACES COMO AQUI (MEXICO)? QUE AGARRAN AUTOS ANTIGUOS PERO EN MAL ESTADO PARA DEJARLOS COMO NUEVOS
Just ordered a set of leathers, going to follow this video for installation Thanks!
@motorztv hey much much do tou get your leather interiors for?and whats a fair price to get them done? hoping to do my car and want a katzkin kit but dont want to be overcharged hope you can help me my car is a 2010 camry
Your a life saver thank u motorz
@5042024 they cost like 800 dollars bro for the kits
thank god you made this video! helped tremendously!
thank god you made this video! helped tremendously!
im a 16 year old boy, did this on my own! now my 2008 mustang looks like it was sent from heaven
I wouldn’t want to try this I’d leave it to a professional. I’d be scared that I’d end up tearing up my seats.
@suddnstar Check out the Motorz TV Facebook page. Someone just posted a picture of his Jeep yesterday that he just did himself with Katzkin. It turned out great and it’s easier than you think. It’s just labor-intensive.
@ArturoDeLeonTV im looking to do the same thing, how much did the interior cost?

Nice demo, well explained. I wouldn’t worry about tearing anything, but your average DIY’er will likely need a weekend to get it all in correctly and take their time. Thanks Motorz.
@dragrace4fun Thank you for watching! In some circumstances, you really do have to stretch that leather to make it fit correctly!
@ArturoDeLeonTV Congrats!
@ArturoDeLeonTV Congrats!
