Today would have normally been the release of episode 32, however before we go dark for three months leading into Season 3 which begins January 2010, I thought I’d make a few minor changes to the last episode of the season and end on a solid note.

So, instead of watching another episode today as many of you were expecting, you might have to wait another week or so while I add the final touches to the next episode.  I won’t say what all the changes are just yet, but there are a few!

Why are we going dark for 3 months and not airing any new episodes of MOTORZ TV?  First, we need time to get caught up with  new episodes so we’re not shooting and in post-production up until the last minute.  This “break” will give us the time to do that.  Hopefully by the time Season 3 starts in January we’ll have several episodes in the queue, ready to be aired.

Next, the SEMA Show is the first week of November (some big news is forthcoming, so stay tuned), and October is already crazy enough planning for that event.  Then there’s the holidays, and many of you know I tend to go overboard with the exterior illumination :)

Does this mean you won’t see anything at all new?  Not exactly… you’ll see more Quick Tips and some “MOTORZ Extras”–new MOTORZ TV-branded videos which cover the automotive industry outside the shop!

Last year (2008) we produced 16 episodes for Season 1 and that got MOTORZ TV off the ground.  This year (2009) we did it again for Season 2, with 16 more great episodes that allowed us to get more viewers and some great new distribution partners.  It’s very exciting what is going on right now in the life-cycle of this show.  The number of epic and newsworthy things that will be announced in the coming weeks are still blowing my mind.

The first big announcement will come this Monday, September 14th.  It’s huge news, and there will be other big news to follow.

Can you guys tell I’m loving this?  Because I sure am!
