Racing An Ostrich And Crashing A Ferrari: This Week’s Viral Vehicle Videos!

Screen Shot 2014-07-17 at 1.12.54 PMWelcome to Friday! As with every week, you know how to start the weekend right: Viral Vehicle Videos! The batch we have this week all seem to include one key ingredient: speed. From an animal proving that apparently the laws of physics don’t exist to a less-than-skilled Ferrari driver demonstrating how incredibly much they do. To start things off, however, check out a look at what speed is going to look like very soon in the future. Sit back, relax and enjoy this week’s Viral Vehicle Videos!

The 2015 Ford Mustang is far more revolution than evolution. From design to engine and suspension sophistication unlike any previous pony car, this newest chapter may stand as the most successful the car has written. However, if you were hoping for a little more gallop, you will not need to wait for long. Ford and Shelby are already well along in the development of the 2016 Mustang Shelby GT350R. While specifications remain closely guarded secrets, one thing is very obvious: it’s going to be properly quick. Check out the video below and crank up the speakers. In addition to being one of the fastest ‘Stangs ever, it is already in competition for the best sounding.

Knowing how to drive is not complicated. Understanding how to drive well can be quite difficult. Unlocking 10/10ths of the potential out of a car like the Ferrari California is best left to the professionals. A lesson proved phenomenally in the below video. Just outside of Ferrari’s home turf in Maranello, Italy, the gentlemen test driving the $250k+ California runs out of skill at exactly the wrong place. While there were no injuries (other than his ego and probably wallet), one thing is for sure: supercar money does not buy supercar skill.

Looking to get rid of some stress? This demonstration of speed is almost impossible to watch without laughing. Not only because of the Ostrich hauling-the-mail faster than most small hatchbacks can, but also thanks to the Scarface inspired soundtrack playing in the background. In case there was any doubt, do not make an Ostrich mad and then try to drive away. As is quite obvious from the video below, it will be after you faster than Liam Neeson in Taken.
