San Diego, CA, December 25, 2009 — Duke Networks, LLC is proud to announce season 3 of its hit DIY automotive show Motorz TV(TM) (www.motorz.tv) will premiere on the MavTV (Maverick TV, www.mavtv.com) cable and satellite network beginning Sunday, February 7th, 2010. Hosted by Chris Duke, the popular show will air on MavTV Sunday mornings on a motorsports block of programming at 8:00AM EST in High-Definition to 33 Million homes nationwide.
Chris Duke, Producer and Host of Motorz TV said, “We are so excited to be part of this ground-breaking block on a network that is a perfect fit for motorsports programming. To be able to reach the additional households on cable television and DISH Network will greatly expand our viewership and most of all expose our sponsors’ products to an entire new automotive audience.”
Motorz TV is the DIY show for automotive enthusiasts who love to work on their rides. Host Chris Duke shows you how to maintain your vehicle and install aftermarket products step-by-step in layman’s terms, in a typical garage setting, using common tools.
The Sunday morning block, managed by Blaine Anthony at Nature Productions, will begin at 8:00AM EST. “We are thrilled about the creation of this motorsports block,” says Anthony. “We have been following Motorz TV on the web for a while and when the opportunity came along with MavTV I knew it was a perfect fit and it was about time for the show to make the move to national TV.”
The Internet-born series, with two seasons and 32 episodes produced, will change its format to a new half-hour show. In addition to more automotive aftermarket product features in its “Partz” segment, Motorz TV will feature a new “Letterz” segment, answering questions from viewers.
