MOTORZ™ AND MILESTONE PAINT & BODY ANNOUNCE BENEFIT AUCTION IN SUPPORT OF THE USO FEATURING A CUSTOM PAINTED GUITAR AUTOGRAPHED BY COUNTRY MUSIC LEGEND, TOBY KEITH
San Diego, Calif. – April 30, 2013 – Motorz and Milestone Paint & Body have created an incredible project to benefit the USO in time for the Independence Day celebration this year. With the help of country music legend Toby Keith, Milestone Paint & Body has created a beautiful custom airbrushed Motorz guitar autographed on front and back by Keith. This incredible one-of-a-kind collectible guitar will be auctioned via eBay in the ten days leading up to the Independence Day holiday. The lucky new owner of the guitar will be announced July 4, and all proceeds will benefit the USO.
“We wanted to cook up something really special to support our military personnel this year with the help of our friends at Milestone Paint & Body,” stated Chris Duke, executive producer and host, Motorz. “Since the USO has been around since 1941 and helps troops serving in combat and their families, the wounded and their families, and families of the fallen through an extensive range of programs, we all agreed the USO would be the perfect organization to benefit from our collective efforts.”
“We really enjoy working with everyone at Motorz, so putting this together with Chris and the Motorz crew has been fantastic,” stated Jacob Miles, owner, Milestone Paint & Body. “As former military personnel myself, it is a great honor for me to have a role in making a difference in the lives of those who have served and continue to serve our great country.”
The benefit auction, scheduled June 24 through July 3, will be held online via eBay. Participants can access the details and a direct link to the eBay auction by visiting www.motorz.tv/milestone/.
