Chris Duke from Motorz TV shows you how to install a cat-back exhaust system from Borla on a 2010 Ford F-150. Filmed live at the 2009 SEMA Show in Las Vegas, NV.
This SEMA-special episode is 4 of 9 episodes we filmed while in Las Vegas at the 2009 SEMA Show. Promoted as an eBay Motors workshop titled “Mastering Installation Videos”, Chris Duke and his MOTORZ TV crew installed a total of nine products over the course of three days, November 3-5 in Vegas.
Even though MOTORZ TV Season 2 ended at the end of September 2009 (Season 3 begins in January 2010), this event gave us some great new content to publish between seasons.
While we were initially going to install a dual split-rear exhaust on our project 2010 Ford F-150, we were handed a brand new SVT Raptor exhaust the week of SEMA. It fit perfectly and sounded incredible!
A tricked-out, street-legal Baja prerunner, the new F150 SVT Raptor taps right into the growing off-road enthusiast market, and BORLA® is right there with an aggressive, straight-thru Cat-Back™ Exhaust System. BORLA® PN140346 features a high-quality austenitic stainless steel exhaust that gives that 6.2L sound and feel to the 5.4L purpose-built, high-performance off-road truck.
BORLA’s long heritage with such racing venues as “Best In The Desert” series, CORR and the Baja 1000 provided all the R&D necessary to deliver a “Trophy Truck Exhaust” versatile enough to take on the most challenging desert adventures as well as the everyday commute. From the design characteristics of the inner cores to the amount of sound-absorbing composite filament, all specifications of BORLA® exhaust systems are tuned on a vehicle-by-vehicle basis for an optimum blend of performance and sound. Combined with an unrivalled Million Mile Warranty, distinctive Motorsport styling, easy bolt-on installation and enhanced fuel economy, the world’s most winning exhaust continues to lead the industry it founded over 30 years ago.
