Dude, that is called velcro, not hook and loop, haha

  23. motorztv Says:

@wbc564 Yes, Velcro is a hook and loop fastener. Since it’s a trademarked name, some manufacturers have to call it something else :)

How long do you think that piece of carpet will stay stuck to the tailgate? Maybe a day… (if you use your truck).

As long as you clean the surface with isopropyl alcohol, it stays on forever. We have the BedRug on several trucks and the rug has not started to come off anywhere.

  42. aerodicus Says:

I bought one and it leaked the first day, so I took it back and had it diagnosed and fixed only to have it start leaking again, so back it went and again it leaked. I then tried a different shop and they put butyl tape on the window and low and behold after a few months of sun the goop came out and the water began seeping in again. Now I’m told that since two years have passed the warrantee won’t cover this anymore. I’ve been blown off when I try to call Leer and the dealer wants $60hr to fix it

  43. Caerzar Says:

All shells leak. If it is from the windows then that is a problem. The shop I work for sells a different shell but I have never disconnected the third brake light and in five years never heard anyone complain about the light coming into the cab. As for the bedrug they are awesome.

  44. rebaker24 Says:

do you know what a leer 100r 6.5 ft weighs?

  45. MrEsharp79 Says:

Great videos. I happened to stumble upon these and have been catching up watching all your videos. Keep it up! It never ceases to amaze me how people complain about commercials. Just because they are watching something on the net, they think all content should be free…..sheez, get over it!

  46. motorztv Says:

Thank you for the sensible comment and for watching Motorz!

  47. InjunOne Says:

As it sits in the video, I would think water would leak through the bottom where the sides attaches to the bottom. But if the bottom was installed first then the front and sides attach to it would seem to have less water intrusion underneath…

  48. Jeremy Burkett Says:

You never mentioned how you installed the seal along the bed rails.

  49. penrynbigbird Says:

Got any ideas on how to stop leaking windoor sliders on a new Leer? My Wet Leer
