Episode Notes

This SEMA-special episode is 8 of 9 episodes we filmed while in Las Vegas at the 2009 SEMA Show. Promoted as an eBay Motors workshop titled “Mastering Installation Videos”, Chris Duke and his Motorz TV crew installed a total of nine products over the course of three days, November 3-5 in Vegas.

Even though Motorz TV Season 2 ended at the end of September 2009 (Season 3 begins in January 2010), this event gave us some great new content to publish between seasons.

In this episode I show you how to install an American Roll Cover from Truck Covers USA.  This tough tonneau cover keeps all of your belongings safe, locks up tight (even auto-locks!) and protects your gear from the elements. It’s the best of both worlds  having a hard tonneau cover and one that’s easy to remove (or in this case, roll up!)

Anyone that watches this who owns a newer F150 (2009). Make sure you actually open the manual and check out the shims for the front. Also they now install the weather stripping directly on the canister. No applying to the lip of the bed (NICE!). They switched tubing and it kinda sucks to be completely honest. Its no where near as flexible and with attempting to install at the recommended (less than 90 degree) you will have JUST enough hose to complete the work if you use the rear bed plugs.
