Episode Notes
Voice-over note: I mistakenly said “3 year lifetime warranty” when I meant to say “3 year limited warranty”.
This SEMA-special episode is 2 of 9 episodes we filmed while in Las Vegas at the 2009 SEMA Show. Promoted as an eBay Motors workshop titled “Mastering Installation Videos”, Chris Duke and his Motorz TV crew installed a total of nine products over the course of three days, November 3-5 in Vegas.
Even though Motorz TV Season 2 ended at the end of September 2009 (Season 3 begins in January 2010), this event gave us some great new content to publish between seasons.
The AMP Research BedStep is extremely easy to install and assemble, and uses the vehicle’s stock bolts to attach. We installed the BedStep on a 2010 Ford F-150 and it took just a couple of minutes.

neat product, it sure helps solve the problem of stepping up on a trucks rear bumper, a lot of trucks sit up tall today, and even on older raised trucks getting into the bed can be a problem, also do they make a side step? i am thinking of grabbing a bed side step off a smashed 2009 F-150 at the wreckers, when ever i find one!, also the rear trailer hitch is generally what i use as a step if a truck has a low mount one, or even the recessed part of the bumper, but this AMP step is much safer

It swings out to the left of the bumper, giving you the ability to use it whether the tailgate is up or down.
